Infrastructure
Kamal CED Solutions unmatched range of coating offerings stem from its wherewithal---its strong infrastructure. Our 8 plants, that together amount to 2,25960 Sq.Ft. of high end infrastructural strength house our CED coating, zinc aluminium flux coating, spray painting, tri nickel plating and hard chrome plating units. Our coating process also employs a belt for greater control and continuous monitoring. The SCADA log helps us continuously improve on our process with valuable historical data.
The CED line with a Pre-treatment unit, capable of performing every process in the cycle---pre-treating, phospating, CED coating, baking—allows for seamless execution. Every equipment used here in the CED set up represents the best that is available in the domain today and is manned by seasoned technicians well versed in the process of cathodic deposition plating.
